How Lanluma Works

Lanluma is an injectable collagen-stimulating treatment formulated with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a well-established medical compound used safely for over three decades. Rather than providing instant volume like traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, Lanluma works by stimulating the body’s natural collagen production deep within the skin. After numbing, it is carefully injected using micro-cannulas into the subdermal plane, where PLLA particles activate gradual collagen regeneration. This process restores volume in sunken areas, improves skin texture, smooths dimpling, and enhances contour over time. Treatment placement is individually tailored to address concerns such as hip dips, upper pole fullness, or lower pole projection.
