Elbow Treatment London

Persistent elbow pain can make everyday tasks — from lifting objects and typing to sports and exercise — feel challenging and uncomfortable. Common causes include tendon injuries, arthritis, bursitis, nerve compression, or overuse from repetitive activities. Ignoring elbow pain may worsen the condition, but with the right diagnosis and tailored treatment, lasting relief is possible. At Dr. SNA Clinic, our specialists are dedicated to restoring function, reducing pain, and helping you return to your daily activities with confidence.

Common Elbow Conditions We Treat

  1. Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) Treatment
At Dr. SNA Clinic, we offer expert care for tennis elbow, a common overuse injury that causes pain and inflammation on the outside of the elbow. Our non-surgical treatments — including physiotherapy, regenerative medicine, and targeted rehabilitation — are designed to relieve pain, restore strength, and prevent recurrence.
  2. Golfer’s Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis) Treatment
Golfer’s elbow leads to pain and tenderness on the inner side of the elbow, often caused by repetitive strain. We provide personalized treatment plans combining physiotherapy, advanced therapies, and activity modification to reduce discomfort, promote healing, and support a safe return to daily activities and sports.
  3. Elbow Arthritis Care
Elbow arthritis can cause stiffness, swelling, and reduced mobility, affecting everyday function. At Dr. SNA Clinic, we deliver comprehensive arthritis care, including regenerative therapies, physiotherapy, and non-surgical interventions, to ease pain, improve joint flexibility, and enhance long-term elbow health.
What We Can Do For You

Our Advanced Elbow Treatments

PRP therapy is a regenerative treatment that uses concentrated platelets from your own blood to stimulate healing and reduce inflammation in the elbow joint. It is especially effective for conditions such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, arthritis, and tendon injuries. By promoting natural tissue repair and restoring function, PRP offers a safe, non-surgical solution for long-lasting elbow pain relief.

This advanced treatment harnesses the healing properties of stem cells from your own fat tissue to repair damaged structures in the elbow. Adipose-derived cell therapy is particularly beneficial for arthritis, cartilage damage, and chronic tendon issues. It works to reduce pain, regenerate tissue, and improve elbow mobility, making it a powerful option for patients seeking non-surgical solutions.

BMAC therapy utilizes stem cells and growth factors taken from your bone marrow to encourage natural healing in the elbow. Ideal for conditions such as arthritis, chronic tendon injuries, and cartilage damage, this treatment reduces inflammation, restores joint function, and supports long-term elbow health. As a minimally invasive option, BMAC offers effective relief without surgery.

Our physiotherapy programs for elbow pain are tailored to strengthen muscles, restore flexibility, and improve joint function. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing arthritis, or dealing with repetitive strain conditions like tennis or golfer’s elbow, our expert physiotherapists use targeted exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques to reduce pain and support long-term recovery.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Physical therapy is often a key component in managing elbow pain by improving strength, flexibility, and function. Our specialists will determine the best approach for your specific needs.

Discomfort during injection therapies is minimal, and our team takes measures to ensure your comfort. The benefits of reduced pain and improved function often outweigh any temporary discomfort.

First, in order to determine if a patient is a good candidate and will benefit the most from Regenerative treatment, patient will need to schedule an appointment with our Clinic to have assessment done by our Dr, who will review his case, medical records, blood tests & radio-imaging scans and determine if the patient is a qualified candidate for regenerative therapies.

The choice of treatment is then at the discretion of the Dr and is based on the unique case. The options are: PRP injection, Stromal vascular fraction therapy and Mesenchymal cell therapy. In certain cases, it may be a combination of more than one treatment protocol.

Regenerative therapy is a same-day procedure and only takes a few hours to complete and is performed in an outpatient setting without general anesthesia and most patients don’t need post-operative pain medication. The patient will be able to go home almost immediately after the injection is done. For some patients, however, the complete protocol is a series of injections in several treatment sessions.
